Itinerario

Día 1:
Welcome to your Europamundo Trip Style!!! The information about the meeting place and start time of your circuit can be found on your voucher.
Día 1: Munich - Constanza Lake - Unteruhldingen Stilt Houses - Meersburg-Füssen.-
Munich, the capital of Bavaria, is our starting point to explore some of the most beautiful regions in Germany and Austria. Let´s get started! Arrival at LAKE CONSTANCE, which connects three countries: Germany, Switzerland and Austria. It is an actual inland sea. We will stop at Birnau Abbey (entrance included), an essential Baroque pilgrimage centre and an example of one of the most sumptuous architectures in the country. Just 10 minutes away from the abbey, you will find a unique enclave. The Stilt House Museum in UNTERUHLDINGEN (entrance included), where 23 stilt houses were rebuilt, identical to those from the Neolithic to the Bronze Age. Let´s understand through an exhibition what life was like for these primitive lake inhabitants.

We will skirt the lake´s north shore and stop at MEERSBURG, one of the most charming villages in the region. Meersburg looks like a three-dimensional postcard, a bucolic timbered village on the slopes of a hill overlooking the Swiss Alps. Time for lunch or, to visit the local castle.

We will continue our journey along the well-known Alpenstrasse, or Alps Road, famous for its beauty. Arrival in FÜSSEN in the late afternoon. Füssen is a privileged city located in a unique natural environment! You will be able to enjoy its small squares and streets full of colourful facades and contemplate the silhouettes of the monumental castles that crown the surrounding mountains. Accommodation.
Día 2: Füssen - Neuschwanstein Castle - Ettal Abbey - Garmisch Partenkirchen - Leutasch Gorge - Innsbruck.-
In the morning, departure to Hohenschwangau. Within this valley and by its lake, we will find the castle where Ludwig II of Bavaria spent his childhood. From there, we´ll take a shuttle bus (included) to reach Marienbrücke, Maria´s Bridge, from where you´ll have the best panoramic view of the iconic silhouette of NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE, the mad king´s dream and the castle that inspired Walt Disney.

Continuing along the road, we´ll stop at the Ettal Abbey, a Benedictine jewel with one of the most impressive interiors of the Bavarian Rococo. We shall continue to discover the beautiful Alps until we reach the foot of the Zugspitze, the highest peak in Germany. Will you pluck up the courage to climb it? The best view of Zugspitze is from GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, two cities united since the Olympic Games of 1936. They add value to the region´s charm, combining a vibrant cultural and artistic life with its character as mountain sports capital. Time for lunch.

After lunch, visit to the "LEUTASCH GORGE". There, amidst lush landscapes, we will cross a swaying walkway unsuitable for people with vertigo. It offers a walk over the water just a few meters away from the whirlpools and waterfalls. Then we will continue along two kilometres of spectacular walkways on the border between Austria and Germany.

After this experience, we will arrive in INNSBRUCK, the capital of Tyrol. To end such a busy day, you can opt for an authentic Tyrolean dinner accompanied by a Tyrolean folk show (entrance and dinner are optional). You can enjoy traditional costumes, dancing and tap dance, the instruments linked to rural tradition and the famous Tyrolean jodeln singing. Accommodation.
Día 3: Innsbruck - Schawz Silver Mine - Rattenberg - Salzburg.-
Today our guide will take us to INNSBRUCK, a genuine pearl in the heart of the Austrian Alps. We will unveil the city centre and climb Mount Bergisel. There you will find the ski jump track and the monument to Tyrolean national hero Andreas Hoffer.

Our next stop is the SCHWAZ SILVER MINE, where you will have an exciting experience: after having put the miner´s helmet on and kept yourself warm (the internal temperature is 12º C), we will descend on the mine´s railway to 800 meters deep. We will put ourselves in the shoes of the miners who 500 years ago worked in the "mother of all mines", from where 85% of the world´s silver was extracted.

We will then reach RATTENBERG, the smallest town in Austria that has kept its medieval layout intact, famous for its glassblowing craftsmanship, present in the glassworks that cram behind the Augustinian monastery in a narrow row on the banks of the river. We will visit the workshop of the Kisslinger family, who started in 1640 and still work glass in the traditional way (visit included). We will have the opportunity to participate in a glassblowing workshop (optional), making a piece of glass to take home as a souvenir. Arrival in SALZBURG. Accommodation.
Día 4: Salzburg - Herremchiemsee Palace - Neuebeuern - Munchen.-
