Itinerary

Day 1:
Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.

Important:

Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.

Additional Nights: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff’s telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.

Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

Day 2: Prague
07:45 a.m. - We’ll begin our city tour with a local guide. The tour, lasting approximately two and a half hours, will take us on a walking exploration of Prague’s oldest and highest area, home to its castle and citadel, where we’ll find historic churches and palaces. From here, we’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the “City of a Hundred Spires.”

We’ll then continue to the lower part of the city, the Baroque district known as "Mala Strana" or Lesser Town. Crossing the Vltava River via the iconic Charles Bridge, a masterpiece of architecture and sculpture, we’ll take in a stunning panoramic view of the city before entering Stare Mesto, the Old Town. Here, we’ll find its famous square, considered one of the most beautiful in Central Europe, featuring the Church of Tyn and the renowned Town Hall with its astronomical clock and carillon.

07:00 p.m. - In the evening, we’ll include a transfer to the historic center, where you’ll find numerous traditional breweries, as well as restaurants and other lively spots to dine and experience Prague’s vibrant nightlife.

09:30 p.m. - Return to the hotel.
Day 3: Prague- Pilsen- Tabor- Hluboka- Ceske Budejovice
Total distance covered: 284 km.
Scenery: Lands of Western Bohemia, agricultural areas, dense forests, and stately landscapes of Southern Bohemia.

8:00 a.m. Praga – Departure. We leave the Czech capital and head toward Western Bohemia, on a pleasant journey through lands with a brewing tradition.

9:30 a.m. Pilsen – Arrival. Famous as the birthplace of Pilsner beer, this city welcomes us with a charming historic center, highlighted by the impressive Gothic Cathedral of St. Bartholomew and its historic breweries. Free time to stroll through the center and enjoy the local atmosphere.

10:30 a.m. Pilsen – Departure. We head south, crossing farmland and dense forests.

12:30 p.m. Tabor – Arrival. Founded in the 15th century, this town still preserves a charming historic center with cobbled streets, underground passages, and picturesque squares. Free time to explore its corners and have lunch in one of its traditional restaurants.

3:00 p.m. Tabor – Departure. We continue through Southern Bohemia.

3:45 p.m. Hluboká Castle – Arrival. We’ll ride a tourist train (included) up to the base of this impressive Neo-Gothic castle, considered one of the most beautiful in the country. Inspired by Windsor Castle, it impresses with its white façade, elegant towers, and perfectly kept gardens. Free time to walk through the gardens and admire its magnificent surroundings.

5:15 p.m. Hluboká Castle – Departure.
5:30 p.m. České Budějovice – Arrival. Capital of Southern Bohemia, it stands out for its central square—one of the largest in Europe—its arcaded houses, Baroque buildings, and tranquil atmosphere.
Day 4: Ceske Budejovice- Cesky Krumlov- Telc- Brno
Total distance covered: 279 km.
Scenery: We’ll travel through the green landscapes of Southern Bohemia, dotted with forests, lakes, traditional villages, and castles, before entering the gentle hills and fields of Moravia.

Important notice: The visit to the brewery is subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Note: For the brewery, we recommend wearing warm clothing

České Budějovice is the birthplace and production site of Budweiser beer, which is exported to more than 70 countries. During our stay, we’ll visit the brewery and enjoy a tasting (admission and guided tour included).

10:30 a.m. – České Budějovice – Departure. We leave this historic city.

11:10 a.m. – Český Krumlov – Arrival. This enchanting medieval town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the most photogenic destinations in Central Europe. Its imposing castle overlooking the Vltava River and its network of cobblestone streets create a fairytale atmosphere. Free time to explore the old town, enjoy a riverside terrace, or visit the castle museum. Time for lunch.

3:15 p.m. – Český Krumlov – Departure. We travel through bucolic landscapes on our way to Telč.

5:15 p.m. – Telč – Arrival. Considered a Renaissance jewel, this city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its harmonious triangular square, flanked by colorful arcaded burgher houses, and its Renaissance castle. Free time to stroll through its historic center, perfect for a leisurely walk.

6:30 p.m. – Telč – Departure.
8:00 p.m. – Brno – Arrival. The second most important city in the Czech Republic welcomes us with its vibrant cultural life and elegant Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture. Its youthful atmosphere, refined gastronomy, and cozy cafés make it a truly surprising city.


Day 5: Brno- Lednice- Valtice- Mikulov- Brno
Total distance covered: 127 km.
Scenery: Today we’ll travel through the bucolic region of Southern Moravia, with its vineyards, gentle hills, and charming villages—one of the most beautiful rural areas of the Czech Republic.

9:00 a.m. – Brno – Departure. We begin a day dedicated to discovering the natural, architectural, and wine-making treasures of Moravia.

10:00 a.m. – Lednice – Arrival. We’ll visit the splendid gardens of Lednice Palace (admission included), part of the Lednice-Valtice cultural landscape, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This vast park, with lakes, greenhouses, and romantic architecture, was developed by the influential Liechtenstein family.

11:00 a.m. – Lednice – Departure.
11:15 a.m. – Valtice – Arrival. In this town, renowned for its winemaking tradition, we’ll visit the majestic Baroque palace (admission included), also built by the Liechtenstein family and considered one of the grand noble residences of Central Europe. Inside the castle grounds, we’ll enjoy a glass of local wine, a reflection of the region’s rich viticultural heritage.

1:15 p.m. – Valtice – Departure.
1:30 p.m. – Mikulov – Arrival. This charming town, dominated by its large castle and surrounded by vineyards, offers a picturesque historic center with stately houses, cobblestone streets, and a lively atmosphere. Free time for lunch and a stroll.

3:30 p.m. – Mikulov – Departure.

4:15 p.m. – Brno – Arrival. Remainder of the afternoon free to continue enjoying this vibrant and welcoming city.
Day 6: Brno - Bratislava - Trencin - Krakow
Total distance covered: 500 km.

Scenery: Beautiful landscapes of rolling hills and forests as we travel through Slovakia.

08:00 a.m. - Departure from Brno.
10:00 a.m. - Bratislava. We’ll arrive in the capital of Slovakia, a charming city on the banks of the Danube with an attractive historic center.

11:45 a.m. - Departure from Bratislava. We’ll continue our journey northwest through Slovakia.
01:30 p.m. - Arrival in Trencin. Free time to explore and have lunch in this picturesque medieval town, set in a valley beneath the White Carpathians, which form the border with the Czech Republic. Trencin is known for its impressive castle and vibrant historic center.

03:30 p.m. - Departure from Trencin. We’ll continue our journey through scenic forests and rolling hills as we head toward Poland.
08:00 p.m. - Krakow. Dinner will be included for passengers with the half-board option.
Day 7: Krakow – Auschwitz – Czestochowa – Warsaw
Total distance covered: 397 km
Scenery: Polish plains, agricultural areas.

08:00 hrs. We begin our visit of Krakow with a local guide, lasting about two hours. This medieval city preserves the oldest university in Poland, where Copernicus studied. We will see the Market Square with its artisans, St. Mary’s Church, and the Royal Route with remains of the old walls. We also visit Wawel Castle and Cathedral, where all members of the Polish royalty were crowned and buried. Free time to stroll and have lunch.

12:00 hrs. – Krakow – Departure.

13:30 hrs. – Auschwitz-Birkenau. We arrive at one of the most somber sites in Europe’s history: the Nazi concentration and extermination camp where, during World War II, more than one million people lost their lives. We visit Camp II – Birkenau, where trains arrived from all over Europe.

15:00 hrs. – Auschwitz – Departure.

16:45 hrs. – Czestochowa – Arrival. Time to visit the Monastery of Jasna Góra, home to the Black Madonna, a major pilgrimage site.

17:45 hrs. – Czestochowa – Departure.

20:30 hrs. – Warsaw – Arrival.

Note: Occasionally there may be difficulties, either due to security with special restrictions or in obtaining entry tickets for Auschwitz. In such cases, the program may be modified (usually entering the concentration camp at a later hour or visiting Wadowice instead of Czestochowa).
Day 8: Warsaw
09:00 a.m. – After breakfast, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide. Home to nearly two million people, this political and economic hub of Poland boasts a blend of modern architecture and meticulously restored historic buildings. We’ll stroll through the charming old town, featuring many old buildings, the Royal Palace, and cobbled streets, all restored after their destruction in World War II and now declared a World Heritage Site. We’ll visit the Palace of Culture, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and wander through Lazienki Park, home to the Chopin Monument.

You’ll have free time in the afternoon to visit museums, such as the National Museum and the Warsaw Rising Museum, or to explore the lively city center filled with shops and activities.
Day 9: Warsaw - Wroclaw - Prague
Total distance covered: 650 km.

Scenery: Fascinating landscapes featuring ancient fortresses and historic cities.

07:30 a.m. - Departure from Warsaw. We’ll travel toward the Silesia region.
12:45 p.m. - Wroclaw. Free time to explore this historic city on the banks of the Oder River. Founded in the 10th century and now the capital of Lower Silesia, Wroclaw showcases a blend of Polish, Czech, Austrian, and German influences. Its charming old town features one of Poland’s most beautiful squares, a testament to its rich past. The city is also famous for its numerous bridges and canals. You’ll have time to stroll through the historic center and enjoy lunch.

03:30 p.m. - Departure from Wroclaw. We’ll continue our journey through rolling hills and forests, enjoying pleasant scenery as we enter the Czech Republic.
08:00 p.m. - Arrival in Prague.
Day 10:
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
