Itinerary

Day 1:
Welcome to your Europamundo Trip Style!!! The information about the meeting place and start time of your circuit can be found on your voucher.
Day 1: Amsterdam-Noordwijkerhout-The Hague.-
We will leave Amsterdam early in the morning in the direction of NOORDWIJKERHOUT. Here, we will visit The Ridder Bloemen Flower Farm, where we will enter some of its facilities with explanations about the cultivation, specifications and care of the tulips, those flowers that are so characteristic of this country (entrance fee included).

We will continue our journey to the administrative capital of the country, THE HAGUE. We will visit Madurodam, the smallest "city" in the Netherlands, a beautiful theme park where we will find numerous models made to perfection: Dutch monuments, natural trees, characters that walk through its streets, ships, trains... All made to a scale 25 times smaller than the real thing (entrance fee included).

After the visit of the park, we will go to The HAGUE where we will end our tour of the day. We will have the whole afternoon to get to know this city and visit its most interesting places: the famous Mauritshuis art gallery, the International Court of Justice, the Van Kleef distillery (which had Van Gogh as a client) or the Gevangenpoort museum which was once a medieval prison. Accommodation.
Day 2: The Hague – Delft - Kinderdijk – Rotterdam.-
A few kilometres from The Hague is the city of DELFT. It is a lively university town known for its connection with the Dutch artist Johannes Vermeer, blue ceramics and the Royal House. Surrounded by canals, this city offers numerous churches, mansions, museums and music bars. We will have time to discover all its nooks and crannies with our guide. We will also visit the Royal Delft, a world-famous museum factory where Delft blue pottery is still produced by hand (entrance fee included).

We continue our journey to the important port city of ROTTERDAM. Considered as the Dutch city of architecture, it has innovation at its centre and is in constant urban change. The city also has the first pedestrian shopping street in Europe. Time for lunch and try the Dutch cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will drive to the village of KINDERDIJK where we will see the most typical Dutch image, a complex of nineteen beautiful windmills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit these windmills where we will learn how they work and how the Dutch people have been using water to their advantage for almost a thousand years (entrance fee included).

We will return to Rotterdam to visit the Cube Houses designed by the Dutch architect Piet Blom. To get to know the city better, we will take a ride on the Splashtours, a unique bus that will take us through both the land and the water parts of the city on the waters of the Maas River (entrance fee included). We will conclude the day at the covered market in Markthal, known not only for its bars, food shops and restaurants, but also for its extraordinary and praised architecture. Accommodation.
Day 3: Rotterdam – Utrecht - Giethoorn – Volendam.-
After breakfast, we will drive to the heart of the Netherlands to visit the city of UTRECHT, a lively and active university town. With its Dom Tower as a guide, omnipresent from all parts of the city centre, we can lose ourselves among its cafes, canals and beautiful pedestrian centre.

Our next stop will be GIETHOORN, located in the Weerribben-Wieden National Park, an idyllic village where numerous thatched farmsteads were built on small islands that can only be reached by water transport through canals (entrance fee included).

We will head towards the north of the country to reach VOLENDAM, an old fishing village known for its charming harbour, its architecture, its fish trade and the authentic character of its inhabitants. We will stroll around this beautiful village for the rest of the day. Accommodation
Day 4: Volendam – Marken – Alkmaar - Zaanse Schans – Amsterdam.-
